Unison Lothian Health Branch takes your health and wellbeing seriously and that ongoing support is required to help us reduce or avoid anxiety, stress and burnout. To ensure we remain and/or increase our confidence and to maintain a good work life balance.
With the above in mind, we are offering two one day health and wellbeing workshop on February the 7th and 8. Dates and Venue to be confirmed once we have delegate numbers.
